Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about how we work.

Is Call Flow Audit a call center?

No. We audit and improve the operating system around inbound calls. We do not provide call-center staffing as part of the standard service.

Do you replace our phone provider?

Not necessarily. The goal is to improve the call path. In many cases, the existing phone provider can stay in place while routing, recovery, CRM capture, booking, or follow-up is improved around it.

Do you provide an AI receptionist?

Not as part of the standard audit or Call Flow System. If a receptionist or voice automation layer is needed, it must be scoped separately.

Do you need access to recordings?

Not for the free score. A full audit may benefit from call logs, routing settings, example recordings, CRM views, or team input, but only the information required for the agreed scope will be requested.

Can you audit more than one location?

Yes. The standard $199 audit covers one business location and one primary inbound call path. Multi-location reviews are scoped separately.

What happens after the audit?

You receive a prioritized fix plan. You can implement it internally, use another provider, or ask Call Flow Audit to scope the implementation.
